TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. Any enquiries on DIARY/CALENDAR should be directed to:-

B. Please check the delivery carefully before acknowledging. There will be no claim for shortage if a delivery is signed and received.

C. Any claim for damage on your order should be made directly to the supplier within 7 days after delivery.

D. The supplier reserves the right not to replace any copy of Diary/Calendar for mistakes made on overprinting of names and other data if the details on the form is wrongly or not clearly written.

E. Orders after the closing date will be considered as LATE ORDER and the supplier will not be obliged to fulfill the order. However, if stock is still available, it will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

F. Cancellation of order will not be entertained after the closing date.

G. An acknowledgment email will be reply once order confirmed.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE

(applicable for personal orders only where no personal data like names, contact numbers are disclosed)

A. We will not use or disclose your personal information that you have disclosed in the order (“your personal data”) for any other purpose other than for the fulfilment of your order.

B. We will only use and disclose your personal data to the extent allowed in your order.

C. We will seek your permission if we need to disclose your personal data to another organisation.

D. We will protect your personal data by making security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks in relation to your personal data

E. We will destroy our document containing your personal data if we no longer need your personal data in order to fulfil your order and we will certify the destruction of such documents containing your personal data if requested by you.

F. We will procure our employees, agents and sub-contractors who have access to your personal data to comply with these obligations.

By registering on this ordering platform, I consent for Olympia Diary, AIA Singapore Private Limited (AIA), its and their third party service providers and representatives to collect, use, disclose, store, retain and/or process my personal data and information in the manner and for the purposes described in Olympia Diary’s Personal Data Policy which is available on the E-Platform (Privacy and Security Policies) and the AIA Personal Data Policy which is available on AIA’s website for the purpose of processing, servicing and managing my orders for the diaries and calendars. I will not hold AIA and its related parties liable in any way for any losses or damages that I may sustain arising from or in connection with my disclosure of the personal data in this form and hereby waive any rights accrued or accruing therefrom.
